I had a great stay at this venue. It was located in an excellent spot right by a free tram stop which took me all around the city, and it was situated within the free tram zone. I also really enjoyed the great Italian restaurant on site. The service provided by various managers and staff trying to rectify any issues could not be faulted. Additionally, the room amenities such as the air conditioning and mini-bar were well-maintained.
I highly recommend this hotel for everyone.

Great location and easy access to public transport. Close to shopping and dining options. The room had a balcony that provided a nice view of the city skyline.
The cleanliness of the room was very disappointing, with a noticeable lack of attention to detail. There were cockroaches in the kitchen area, and the housekeeping did not provide a thorough cleaning.

The location of this hotel is great, as it is close to both the train station and tram stop on the free zone line, making transportation very convenient. the hotel facilities are great, with parking available on-site and staff providing excellent service.

The check-in was fast, the room was a reasonable size with a comfortable bed. We had a small kitchenette and the room and bathroom were clean. The location was good, within walking distance to main attractions and right across from a convenient tram station. The staff was kind and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage after check-out.

The location of this hotel couldn't have been more convenient. It was very close to public transportation and everything we needed as travelers. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a short stay. The hotel staff were helpful and welcoming, making our stay even more pleasant.
The traffic noise outside the room was a bit loud at times, but it wasn't too bothersome once we closed the windows.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the train station and CBD. The room I stayed in exceeded my expectations, with a great view of the surrounding high rises and a spacious layout. The bathroom was huge and even had a bathtub. I also appreciated the self-catering facilities, as I was able to prepare light meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The staff were helpful upon arrival and the room was cleaned daily with plenty of towels and amenities provided. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its value, roomy apartments, and convenient location.
